The Members Only area of the website is accessible using your unique username and password.
Your username is initially set to your e-mail address (as listed in your member profile on the
website and in the certified list). If you don’t know or have forgotten your password and/or your
username then please use the “Forgotten Password” facility (under “Member Login” in the lefthand
column of the screen) and enter your e-mail address (as listed in your member profile on the
website) the system will automatically e-mail a new password and a reminder of your username to
you. Once you have logged in, you can download the IAML Website User Guide (which is
included in the “Publications” section of the “Member Options” menu in the left-hand column of
the screen) which will help you to use the site. If you have any problems, please do not hesitate to
contact Donna Goddard (donna.goddard@iaml.org) and she will be happy to help you.
Fellows should be aware that the Academy’s preferred method of communication is e-mail. It is
therefore extremely important that your e-mail address listed in the certified list and on the website
is up-to-date and reliable. If you do not have an e-mail address listed or if the address listed is no
longer valid then you may miss out on valuable mailings from the Academy, for example,
information about forthcoming meetings and the IAML Online News. Please let Donna know if
your e-mail address is out of date and she will happily update your profile and, as a result, the
Academy’s mailing lists.
If, at any time, now or in the future, you have any questions about or suggestions for improvements
to the website, then please contact Donna. We are very keen to continue to improve our website
and to encourage wider use and your feedback can help us to do this.
