(2) upon the written request of at least fifteen percent of the Fellows.
The business is limited to the purpose specified in the notice, plus such other
business reasonably related to or necessary for implementation of the specified
purpose.
3.7 NOTICE OF MEETINGS

Every meeting of the Fellows shall be held at a place, on a date and at a time,
designated by the President and approved by the Board.
b Written notice of the meetings shall be sent to the Fellows at least sixty (60)
days before a meeting.

The notice shall contain the place, date and time of the meeting and a proposed
agenda. Additional items may be added to the agenda without the need for
further notice to the Fellows so long as the items are reasonably related to or
necessary for implementation of an agenda item. If there are changes, the final
agenda shall be provided to those Fellows who have registered for the relevant
meeting not less than three days before the meeting.
3.8 MEETING FEES
The Executive Committee may fix registration and other fees for all meetings of all
Fellows; the Committee may delegate this task to the President.

The Board shall:

do all things necessary to operate as the legislative and governing body of the
Academy;
at its annual meeting:
(1) review the Academy’s financial situation;
(2) adopt a budget for the following fiscal year;
(3) elect officers as required by 5.1 below;
raise funds from each class of Fellow by levying annual dues and such
assessments, as it may, from time to time, deem necessary or advisable;
have the discretion to provide for the publication of a newsletter, journal or
digest and to determine and set editorial policy for any such publication.
4.2 COMPOSITION
The Board shall be composed of the following Fellows:
a the Executive Committee as defined in 7.1;

the Governors designated by each Chapter (hereafter Chapter delegate),
subject to the provisions of 2.6 d;
