representative in Ascot Investments Pty Ltd and Harper, a High Court decision which remains the definitive case on

Family Law Specialists in Victoria. Was at the forefront in establishing legal specialisation in family law, the first area
of specialisation in Australia. Written several books, notably the "Family Court Practice Manual", first published 1985,
the 5th Edition being released in 2004. An Internet edition was released in 2006. He is a regular contributor of articles
and papers to lawyers, accountants and financial planners. Has handled complex child and "big money" financial
cases, including internationally. Has particular interest in estate planning and asset protection within a family
breakdown, as well as prenuptial and cohabitation agreements.
