(2) No Chapter may designate more than four Chapter delegates;
(3) Each Chapter may adopt its own method of designating its Chapter
delegates, but shall give notice to the Nominating Committee of such
designation, under the provisions of 10.2.
(4) Each Chapter delegate shall serve three years, except that in the case
of the initial term of a new Chapter delegate, the Board shall designate
whether the initial term of a new Chapter delegate will be for one, two or
three years, in order to provide that approximately one-third of the terms of
the Chapter delegates expire each year;
(5) The Chapter may fill vacancies in the position of Chapter delegate
which have occurred as a result of election to another position, death,
disqualification, disability, absence or resignation pursuant to Chapter rules
and regulations adopted and approved pursuant to 2.3 b above.
2.7 TERMINATION AND DISCIPLINE

Following a recommendation of the Board of Review for the discipline of a
Chapter, as provided for in 8.2, the Board shall meet in closed session and hold
a confidential review of the transcript of hearing, if any, and of any documentary
evidence presented to the Board of Review, and may then terminate, suspend,
or otherwise discipline a Chapter for:
(1) failure to comply with 2.6;
(2) conduct deemed injurious to the good order, peace, reputation or best
interests of the legal profession or the Academy;
(3) any other good cause which the Board deems sufficient.
Any decision by the Board in relation to a recommendation of the Board of
Fellows for discipline of a Chapter must be by affirmative vote of at least twothirds
of the members of the Board present.
During any period of suspension imposed as a matter of discipline, the Chapter
delegate or delegates will be removed and the Chapter may not conduct any
Chapter business.
3.1 MEETINGS OF THE FELLOWS

MEETINGS OF THE FELLOWS
The Academy shall hold an annual meeting of the Fellows in each calendar year. The
Academy may, throughout the year, hold other meetings of the Fellows.
3.2 QUORUM
One-third of the Fellows registered for attendance at any meetings shall constitute a
quorum for the transaction of business at the meeting. Less than a quorum shall
adjourn the meeting to another time or date.
