Section 11: Calendar The Calendar feature allows you to view the Month, Week, and Day layout views. It also shows any Missed Alarm Events that occurred. To display your calendar: • Press Calendar. The Calendar displays in the default (Month) view. • Holiday events are indicated by changing the date colour to magenta, other events by coloured markers at the corner of the date (blue for Appointment, green for Anniversary, red for Important, yellow for Private). Creating a New Event 1. Press Calendar. 2. Press Options Create. 3. Select one of the following event types and press the Select soft key or the key: • Appointment • Anniversary • Holiday • Important • Private 4. Highlight the Title field and use the keypad to enter a name for this specific event (up to 15 characters). 5. Continue to enter other information such as Details, Start date, Start time, End date, End time, Location, Alarm, etc. 85
