be identified and treated as outsiders are, in fact, qualities that can be<br />

utilised to foster understanding, acceptance, and a more holistic education<br />

for both students and teachers. In light of this contribution, the requirements<br />

for meeting these distinct needs must not be seen as a burden<br />

to the system, but as part of the mandate of the education system to<br />

promote the dignity, legitimacy, and empowerment of all citizens.<br />
