be identified and treated as outsiders are, in fact, qualities that can be
utilised to foster understanding, acceptance, and a more holistic education
for both students and teachers. In light of this contribution, the requirements
for meeting these distinct needs must not be seen as a burden
to the system, but as part of the mandate of the education system to
promote the dignity, legitimacy, and empowerment of all citizens.
