3 Race control is to stop the race immediately; all vehicles
are to hold position and all individuals are to vacate the
runway and approaches. If a large aircraft wish to land
or in the unlikely event that an aircraft wants to
undertake an emergency landing, all vehicles,
equipment and individuals are to vacate the air strip.
Sufficient staff, pre-event training and the easy
relocation of race cars and witches-hat markers will
mean this can occur in 90 seconds.
4 Race control is to inform the Ground Marshals that an
aircraft is intended to enter the movement area.
