Crankshaft and crankcase<br />

M5 x 20 mm<br />

Pull the repair bushing into place with an M5 screw and washer as shown in<br />

theillustration.<br />

NOTE!<br />

Align the bushing correctly, so that the chamfered section faces the cylinder plane.<br />

Remove all screws which hold the crankcase<br />

halves together.<br />

Dismantle all parts so that only the<br />

crankcase and crankshaft remain.<br />

Remove all screws (9 items) which hold<br />

the two crankcase halves together.<br />

Separate and fit the crankcase halves in<br />

same way as described for mod. 650,<br />

700.<br />

Separate and assemble the crankcase<br />

halves in the same way as described for<br />

mod. 650, 700.<br />

Inspect the crankshaft (see chapter<br />

”Inspection of crankshaft”).<br />

Use tool 502 50 30-08 to assemble.<br />

Use protective sleeve No. 502 50 52-01<br />

when the seal ring on the clutch side is<br />

installed.<br />

Dismantle the cutter arm.<br />

Dismantle all parts so that only the<br />

crankcase with crankshaft remain.<br />

Dismantle the cutter arm by removing the<br />

nut (A) and screws (B).<br />
