Turn the guard while the other parts are<br />

held in place.<br />

Then install a plastic washer (C), the thin<br />

rubber washer (D), plastic washer (E),<br />

cover plate (F) and plastic cover (G).<br />

Tighten the three screws and check that<br />

the guard can be turned.<br />

Press the shaft in through the ball bearings<br />

until it projects 5.5 mm from the ball<br />

bearing on the other side.<br />

Fit the belt wheel (reinforcement washer<br />

turned inwards). Do not forget the spacer<br />

ring against the ball bearings.<br />

Tighten the screw.<br />

Drive the shaft in through the ball bearings,<br />

using a plastic-faced hammer, until it<br />

projects 5.5 mm from the ball bearing on<br />

the other side.<br />

Fit the pulley.<br />

Place the spacer ring on the ball bearings<br />

and then put on the pulley with the welded<br />

reinforcement washer turned inwards<br />

towards the cutter arm.<br />

Tighten the screw.<br />

Fit the spacer sleeves and support washer<br />

as shown in the illustration.<br />

Heat the spacer sleeve outside the support<br />

washer with a hot air gun to approx.<br />

150°C to simplify fitting it on the shaft.<br />

Press it down with a suitable drift<br />
