provide tank inspection.11-9-12 CPB instructed Cedar Crest to solicit quotes for the pipe connection to the tank. 12-<br />

14-12 CPB discussed requirements that should be outlined in the memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Belle<br />

17-12 CPB approved engineering contract. As of 6-1-12 Cedar Crest is interested in purchasing Belle Vista's<br />
