The existing WWTP has been unable to consistently meet requirements set forth in the Village's
National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit. The plant has numerous
operational violations and has received 2 Administrative Orders from EPA.
Plan, design and construct a new WWTP that will be in compliance with the NPDES permit.

Village has advertised RFP for engineering services for design of new WWTP. Proposals are due December 21,
2012.
