The Pueblo has hired Souder Miller engineering to prepare a water and wastewater master plan

The Pueblo was working with the Corps of Engineers to provide additional funding for this project but in October
the negotiations were terminated when agreement could not be reached. The Pueblo requested and received
approval for a reduced scope of work on November 9, 2012. The Pueblo has a contract with Souder Miller
