BLANKING IN BASIC CONFIGURATION MODE<br />

In basic configuration mode only a reduced set of possible blanking configuration is possible.<br />

BCM Configuration: Fixed Blanking<br />

1 Fixed Blanking Zone Led 8 ON Green<br />

2 Fixed Blanking Zones Led 8 OFF<br />

1 Fixed Blanking zone: only 1 zone can be configured as blanking zone<br />

2 Fixed Blanking zones: 2 zones can be configured as blanking zone<br />

BCM Configuration: Floating Blanking<br />

Floating Blanking Disabled<br />

Floating Blanking 1 beam (with partial<br />

surveillance)<br />

Floating Blanking 2 beams (with partial<br />

surveillance)<br />

Reduced Resolution 4<br />

Led 6 ON Green<br />

Led 7 ON Green<br />

Led 6 ON Green<br />

Led 7 OFF<br />

Led 6 OFF<br />

Led 7 ON Green<br />

Led 6 OFF<br />

Led 7 OFF<br />

Floating blanking disabled: no Floating Blanking allowed.<br />

Floating Blanking 1 beam: ESPE stays in NORMAL OPERATION if 1 or 0 beams are intercepted.<br />

Floating Blanking 2 beams: ESPE stays in NORMAL OPERATION if 2 adjacent, 1 or 0 beams are<br />

intercepted.<br />

Reduced Resolution 4: ESPE goes in SAFE state if more than 4 adjacent beams gets intercepted.<br />
