TOWN OF PHIPPSBURG<br />
Article 5. It was voted to authorize the municipal <strong>of</strong>ficers to dispose <strong>of</strong> town owned personal<br />
property with a value <strong>of</strong> $2,000.00 or less under such terms and conditions as they may deem<br />
advisable.<br />
Article 6. It was voted to authorize the Board <strong>of</strong> Selectmen to apply for available grants, to<br />
receive said grants, and to expend the grant funds for the purposes stated in the grant.<br />
Article 7. It was voted to transfer any unexpended account balances that may exist as <strong>of</strong> June<br />
30, <strong>2012</strong> to surplus, except those accounts listed below to be carried forward. The ADA Capital<br />
Reserve Account will only have $2,500.00 carried forward with the remaining balance <strong>of</strong><br />
$6,107.00 lapsing into surplus. The Selectmen are authorized to expend funds out <strong>of</strong> these carry<br />
forward accounts for the purpose for which they were established.<br />
