<strong>2012</strong> ANNUAL REPORT<br />

Article 17. It was voted to raise and appropriate the recommended amount <strong>of</strong> $380,170.00 for<br />

the above set salaries and also to be set aside to pay the wages <strong>of</strong> the Deputy <strong>Town</strong> Clerk, Election<br />

Clerks, Transfer Station Attendants, Animal Control Officer, Fire and Rescue Responders,<br />

Patrol Officer, and Assessing Field Inspectors.<br />

Article 18. It was voted to appropriate the recommended amount <strong>of</strong> $14,000.00 from Surplus<br />

available as <strong>of</strong> May 3, <strong>2012</strong> for additional funding for the following accounts:<br />

<strong>Town</strong> Administration $1,000.00 Increase in County Registry recordings<br />

Transfer Station Ops $13,000.00 Removal <strong>of</strong> Building Debris and Chips<br />

Total $14,000.00<br />

Article 19. It was voted to approve an overdraft <strong>of</strong> $820.00 in the Abatement Account for FY<br />

2011.<br />

Article 20. It was voted to appropriate $3,500.00 from Surplus available as <strong>of</strong> May 3, <strong>2012</strong> for<br />

the Parking Enforcement Officer Operations Account.<br />

Article 21. It was voted to appropriate $912.00 from Surplus available as <strong>of</strong> May 3, <strong>2012</strong> for<br />

the Septic System Loan Account.<br />

Article 22. It was voted to raise and appropriate the reduced amount <strong>of</strong> $75,400.00 for each <strong>of</strong><br />

the following Insurances and Benefits.<br />

Total $75,400.00<br />

(Selectman Gary Read made a motion, which was seconded, to reduce the amount to<br />

be raised and appropriated for Municipal Health Insurance from $5,000.00 to $2,500.00<br />

resulting in the total amount being reduced from $77,900.00 to $75,400.00.)<br />

Article 23. It was voted to raise and appropriate the reduced amount <strong>of</strong> $8,000.00 for the 200th<br />

Anniversary Celebration Account.<br />

(Committee Chair Chilloa Young made a motion, which was seconded, to reduce the<br />

amount to be raised and appropriated from $9,000.00 to $8,000.00.)<br />
