HARBORS, PUBLIC LANDINGS AND TOWN LANDS<br />
Article 58. Shall an Ordinance entitled “<strong>Town</strong> Landing Ordinance, <strong>Town</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Phippsburg</strong><br />
Maine” (enacted May 1999 as amended through May 12 , 2004) be amended as follows:<br />
“<strong>Town</strong> Landing Ordinance, <strong>Town</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Phippsburg</strong>”<br />
(enacted May 1999 as amended through May 12, 2004)<br />
Strike-through portions are deletions - Underlined portions are additions or replacements<br />
Section 5.C. & H. (Applicability and Rules)<br />
C. No landing facilities facility shall be used to facilitate the development <strong>of</strong> islands or to provide<br />
regular mainland parking for island residents.<br />
(Selectmen and <strong>Town</strong> Landings Committee recommend approval <strong>of</strong> amendment).<br />
Article 59. To see what sum the <strong>Town</strong> will vote to raise and appropriate for the Harbor Commission<br />
Account.<br />
(Selectmen, Harbor Commission, and Budget Committee recommend $1,600.00.)<br />

Article 60. To see what sum the <strong>Town</strong> will vote to raise and appropriate for the <strong>Town</strong> Landing<br />
Maintenance Account for the purpose <strong>of</strong> routine maintenance <strong>of</strong> facilities.<br />
(Selectmen, Budget Committee, and <strong>Town</strong> Landings Committee recommend $5,000.00.)<br />

Article 61. To see if the <strong>Town</strong> will vote to transfer the <strong>Town</strong> Landing Maintenance Account<br />
balance as <strong>of</strong> June 30, 2013 to the <strong>Town</strong> Landing Capital Reserve Account.<br />
(Selectmen, Budget Committee, and <strong>Town</strong> Landings Committee recommend transferring<br />
the balance which is estimated at $17,856.00).<br />
Article 62. To see what sum the <strong>Town</strong> will vote to raise and appropriate for the <strong>Town</strong> Landing<br />
Capital Reserve Account, pursuant to 30-A MRSA § 5801, for major construction <strong>of</strong> facilities.<br />
(Selectmen, Budget Committee and <strong>Town</strong> Landing Committee recommend $20,000.00.)<br />

Article 63. To see what sum the <strong>Town</strong> will vote to raise and appropriate for the <strong>Town</strong> Landing<br />
Acre Lot Capital Reserve Account, pursuant to 30-A MRSA § 5801, for the construction <strong>of</strong> a<br />
boat ramp.<br />
(Selectmen, Budget Committee and <strong>Town</strong> Landing Committee recommend $30,000.00.<br />

Article 64. To see what sum the <strong>Town</strong> will vote to raise and appropriate for the <strong>Town</strong> Lands<br />
Management Account.<br />
(Selectmen, Budget Committee and <strong>Town</strong> Lands Management Committee recommend<br />
