the air, so that they produced the effect of a speech by a person<br />

<strong>in</strong> delirium. One day a friend came to see me at the d<strong>in</strong>ner-hour,<br />

and on enter<strong>in</strong>g the house asked : At what po<strong>in</strong>t of<br />
