11.3.5 Environmental Damage 环 境 损 害
Environmental consequence measures are the least developed among those
currently used for RBI. A common unit of measure for environmental damage
is not available in the current technology, making environmental consequences
difficult to assess. Typical parameters used that provide an indirect measure of
the degree of environmental damage are: 环 境 损 失 时 在 RBI 里 最 为 缺 少 开 发 的
