Martin Grassgreen Named
Head of Salesmen's Club
CLEVELAND—Martin Grassgreen of Columbia
is the new president of the Salesmen's
Club of Cleveland, .succeeding Irving
Marcus, who served as president for a twoyear
term. Also elected: first vice-president,
Robert Blitz, Warner Bros.; second vice-president,
Justin Spiegle, Republic; secretary,
Frank Belles, United Artists, and treasurer,
Sam Lichter, 20th-Fox. The new board of
directors is composed of Irving Marcus, Eddie
Cutler, Allied Ai-tists; Aaron Wayne, United
Artists; Gordon Bugie, Pai-amount; Dorsey
Brown, MGM; Nat Barach, National Screen
manager, and Rudy Norton, Imperial Pictures

weekend. Spot openings of drive-ins have
