End User / Vessel Licence Management This section is for managing your end user / vessel accounts. Version 3.0 Create End User Username and Password Your Distributor must create an end user on e-Navigator Fleet Manager if a Planning Station user is requested by a vessel. A Shipping Compnay Admin User can create an End User by following the steps below. 1. Go to User Management > User List 2. Choose hyperlink 3. Select ‘End User’ as role 4.
