burial of a close loved <strong>on</strong>e, <strong>the</strong>y enter services after Lekha Dodi. <strong>The</strong> c<strong>on</strong>gregati<strong>on</strong> receives <strong>the</strong>m with this greeting:<br />

הַ‏ מָּ‏ קוֹ‏ ם יְנַחֵ‏ ם אֶ‏ תְ‏ כֶ‏ ם ְ בּ‏ תוֹ‏ ךְ‏ ְ שׁ‏ אָ‏ ר אֲ‏ בֵ‏ לֵ‏ י צִ‏ יּוֹ‏ ן וִ‏ ירוּשָׁ‏ לָ‏ יִם<br />

Hamakom yenakhem etkhem betokh sh’ar avelei tzi<strong>on</strong> vi’yerushalayim<br />

May <strong>the</strong> Ominpresent comfort you am<strong>on</strong>g <strong>the</strong> o<strong>the</strong>r mourners of Zi<strong>on</strong> and Jerusalem.<br />
