is typically embarked in the NAVFOR's flagship, though it may be ashore, if the<br />
JFMCC is ashore.<br />
• Relationship. In a large JTF, a SOF METOC liaison officer or senior NCO may be<br />
assigned, reporting to Maritime Component Comm<strong>and</strong>er (MCC) N-3<br />

- Carrier (CV) <strong>and</strong> large-deck amphibious (LHD/LHA/LPH) OA divisions or<br />
comm<strong>and</strong> ship OA division<br />
