The site is currently constrained by slope in some areas and an existing dam to the northeast
of the site. The site is subject to a burdening easement in the form of a right of
carriageway appurtenant to (benefiting) CT 161376/1 – 53 Belton Street, Wynyard.
The current application is for a 43 lot residential subdivision of the balance land at Inglis
Street, Wynyard (CT 161377/3).
