15.0 RESUMPTION OF OPEN MEETING
At 8:58pm the Open Meeting was resumed.
16.0 PUBLIC RELEASE ANNOUNCEMENT
The Chairman announced that pursuant to Regulation 15(9) of the Local Government
(Meeting Procedures) Regulations 2005 and having considered privacy and confidential
issues, the Council authorised the release to the public of the following discussions,
decisions, reports or documents relating to the closed meeting:

21.2 Tender evaluation – 12h grader
replacement
Replace the 12H Grader with a John Deere 772
AWD supplied by Hitachi Construction.
21.3 Rear access at 37 Jackson Street,
Wynyard
That the Council authorise the General Manager
or his delegate to initiate a memorandum of
transfer of a right of carriageway over CT 2262/28
to the property owners of 37 Jackson Street,
Wynyard:
1. Where all costs are to be borne by the
property owners of 37 Jackson Street;
2. The maintenance of the right of way be the
responsibility of the owners of 37 Jackson Street;
and
3. The right of way be maintained to the
satisfaction of the Executive Manager of
Engineering Services.
THERE BEING NO FURTHER BUSINESS THE CHAIRPERSON DECLARED THE MEETING CLOSED AT
8:59pm.
