CONSULTATION PROCESS
The Development Application was placed on public exhibition as required under the Land
Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993.
COMMENT
The application involves a 3 lot subdivision submitted by the developer of a proposed
dairy mash feed mill (DA 94/2012) on the proposed Lot 2. Lot 1 will contain an existing
potato storage shed at the subdivision site.
The application for the dairy mash feed mill is being processed independently from the
current subdivision. However, the proposed development assists in demonstrating that
Council’s previous concerns relating to infrastructure servicing can be addressed.
