the comments included within this report:

maintain the balance of the 2012 / 2013 budget allocation as a contingency
fund; and
advise all organisations which applied for a community assistance small grant of
the outcome of Council’s deliberations in line with the information provided
with this report.
The MOTION was put and was CARRIED unanimously.
