(b) That Council notify all households within the road closure area in writing

2. Authorise the General Manager (or his nominee) to negotiate with the organiser
on any other issues that may arise in respect to the conduct of the event.

That the Council:
1. Agree to the closure of roads for the conduct of the Advent Pageant as
requested by Fusion subject to the following conditions:

Fusion to erect courtesy signs to advise the residents, ratepayers and
motoring public in advance of the road closures.
That Council notify all households within the road closure area in writing
at least 2 weeks before the event.
