fishing area;<br />

name, flag and license;<br />

5. Immediate information to ICCAT on the refusals<br />

of landing and/or transshipment. ICCAT shall inform<br />

documents, no interference with the vessel operations<br />

and non- deterioration of the fish.<br />

9. Notify ICCAT of the sanctions imposed.<br />

10. Information to the vessel masters concerning the<br />

conservation measures and the duty to cooperate with<br />
