12. Adoption of the report<br />

The Chair explained that the report would be adopted by mail. The Report was subsequently adopted by mail,<br />

and the Commission adopted the Report at its the 18 th Regular Meeting (17-24 November 2003).<br />

13. Adjournment<br />

Participants commended the Chair for her excellent guidance and all the effort spent in leading the discussions.<br />

The outstanding efforts of the Secretariat and the interpreters were recognized. The meeting was adjourned.<br />

The mandate of this Working Group meeting is do develop criteria and a process for the fair, transparent, and<br />

consistent application of the existing ICCAT measures, including trade restrictive measures, to prevent, deter and<br />
