Have the following information available prior to contacting your Emerson Process Management sales office for<br />
support.<br />

3. Measure the voltage across the “Loop -” and Loop +” terminal box screws when the commanded current is 4.0 mA<br />

(These values should be around 8.6 V @ 4.0 mA and 8.8 V @ 20 mA).<br />
