Many people have left their mark upon this text and on my<br />
heart as they shared their stories with me. I think of Doug Nichols,<br />
who pinned me down years ago to be an advocate for the suffering<br />
children in this world. I never knew what saying yes would<br />
mean. And I am sure this book is in part the fruit of his prayers.<br />
To all the staff who work in our GFA Bridge of Hope centers,<br />
