Antifreeze Drilling Unit<br />
Reclaim Antifreeze<br />
1. Connect remote fluid system. See page 89.<br />
2. Turn on remote fluid system engine and open valves to allow fluid flow.<br />
3. Start drilling unit and run at low throttle.<br />
4. Move carriage to front of drill frame.<br />
5. Position 1-gal (4-L) bucket under spindle.<br />
6. Turn drilling fluid pump on low speed.<br />
7. Turn drilling fluid pump off when drilling fluid comes out of spindle.<br />
8. Pour antifreeze into tank.<br />
IMPORTANT: Antifreeze can be removed from antifreeze tank and disposed of properly or it can be<br />
reused until it is too diluted with drilling fluid to protect against freezing.<br />
