Change pipe lubricator TJC tube<br />
Check track tension and condition<br />
Adjust fan belt<br />
Replace saver sub<br />
Check fluid pump check valve<br />
Replace carriage slide bars<br />
Replace fuses<br />
TJC<br />

Change Lubricator TJC Tube<br />
Check pipe lubricator TJC level and change tube as needed.<br />
To change tube<br />
1. Pull lock handle (3) back.<br />
2. Unscrew cartridge (2).<br />
3. Release handle and push tube (1) out.<br />
4. Pull handle lock.<br />
5. Remove caps and insert new tube of TJC.<br />
6. Screw cartridge in.<br />
7. Release handle.<br />
8. Unscrew cartridge 2-3 turns.<br />
9. Watch for grease to come out of weep hole.<br />
10. Screw cartridge back in when grease comes<br />
out of hole.<br />
