Chapter 12 - Tag Namespace<br />

tag.unlock<br />

This function unlocks any subset of tag fields. The parameters supported by<br />

this function are:<br />

unlock_fields – Indicates the set of tag fields to unlock.<br />

tag_id (optional) – Indicates the id of the tag to unlock. If this parameter<br />

is not specified, the first tag found in the field will be unlocked.<br />

pwd (optional) – Indicates the access password required to operate on<br />

a locked tag (Gen 2 only).<br />

antenna (optional) – Indicates the list of antennas on which the function<br />

executes. If an antenna is not specified, all antennas will be tried until<br />

the function succeeds or no more antennas are available.<br />

The following example unlocks the kill password and access password of<br />

the first tag found in the field:<br />

>>> tag.unlock(unlock_fields = ka)<br />
