when there are multiple error/warning/info events of the same type.

modem.protocol.cmd_retries
This variable sets the number of command retries for a failed command.
When a command sequence fails, it can be retried for the number of times
indicated by this parameter. This is transparent to the user. Each protocol
may also have a cmd_retries variable for retrying at the air interface
command level.
