Chapter 12 - Tag Namespace
tag.db.get
This function returns tags stored in the tag database. If tag_id parameter is
supplied, only the tag matching that ID will be returned, otherwise all tags in
the database will be returned. If max is supplied, no more than 'max' tags
will be returned.
The following example returns all tags from the tag database in the reader.
>>> tag.db.get()
ok
