Future plans<br />
The group is planning to establish a Diabetes<br />
<strong>Research</strong> Centre. The centre will provide a facility<br />
that enables <strong>and</strong> facilitates a multidisciplinary<br />
approach to the study <strong>of</strong> diabetes <strong>and</strong> its<br />
complications <strong>and</strong> to provide the infrastructure<br />
for diabetes related undergraduate <strong>and</strong> postgraduate<br />
research <strong>and</strong> teaching activities.<br />
