E) Clinical Service Role:<br />
Pr<strong>of</strong>essor Branicki (member) <strong>and</strong> Pr<strong>of</strong>essor Abu-<br />
Zidan (Co-Chair) continue to serve on the<br />
Trauma Committee <strong>of</strong> Tawam Hospital. The<br />
members <strong>of</strong> the Trauma Group are actively<br />
participating in the Trauma CME program <strong>of</strong><br />
Tawam Hospital. Furthermore, The Trauma<br />
Group has established a hospital-based trauma<br />
registry in Tawam Hospital. Dr Hani Eid has<br />
moved to Tawam Hospital to work in the<br />
Emergency Department as well as establishing<br />
this registry. The Trauma Group has also helped<br />
Al-Rahba Hospital (Abu Dhabi) <strong>and</strong> Rashid<br />
Hospital (Dubai) to start their Registries. Our<br />
ultimate goal is the establishment <strong>of</strong> a<br />
nationwide registry.<br />
