Micenas<br />
LUMINAIRE<br />
Micenas translates in a unique modern way the traditional four-sided street luminaire. Micenas is available in<br />
two sizes (Micenas 1 and Micenas 2) with different mounting options: top mounting (IJM 1 and IJM 2) and four<br />
versions with suspended mounting. Suspended mounting with a base stirrup (IJM S1 and IJM S2) or without a<br />
base stirrup (IJM S1-C and IJM S2-C).<br />
LIGHT<br />
Micenas can be equipped with various optics and lenses that are designed to save energy and control the light<br />
output. Micenas is equipped with micro-lamps or conventional lamp sources up to 150 W. Micenas 1 is also<br />
available in a LED version based on RETROLED technology. Micenas 1 LED distributes high-quality Neutral White<br />
light as a standard (Warm White and Cool White on request). To meet the different photometric requirements<br />
there is a DIRECTA optic for road or area distribution available. For the conventional Micenas there are two<br />
optics available: iReflec 100 (micro-lamps) and iReflec 340 (only for Micenas 2). Urban in essence, this luminaire<br />
produces a warm, reassuring light which enhances its environment while limiting light pollution.<br />
MATERIAL<br />
The housing of Micenas is made of moulded aluminium in a polyester powder coating finish in textured black<br />
to underline its timeless shape or in Futura Gris 2500 Sablé (Akzo Nobel), which harmonises more with walls<br />
and facades. Other colours are available on request. The Micenas is offered with a toughened glass bowl or<br />
without. The RETROLED engine is made of cast aluminium with polyester powder coating finish. The lenses<br />
are made of PMMA (polymethacrylate).<br />
