Tank Cleaning Ship Terminal Code Remarks Are tank cleaning operations planned during the ship's stay Y/N* alongside the shore installation If so, have the Port Authority and Terminal Authority been informed Y/N* Yes/No* *Delete ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ as appropriate.
