1 Introduction
1.1 Purpose
The purpose of this document is to provide guidance for vessels whilst operating in the area of
Prigorodnoye export terminal.
1.2 Scope
The scope of these procedures are applicable to all SEIC employees, it’s contractors, and
service providers and to all tankers visiting the Prigorodnoye LNG or Tanker Loading Unit (TLU)
export terminal .

2 Risks and Controls
2.1. Risks
The risks associated with these regulations are those of marine collision, fire, environmental
pollution and disruption to export facilities for both crude oil and LNG from Prigorodnoye export
terminal.
2.2. Controls
2.2.1 Performance Monitoring
Compliance with this procedure shall be monitored through periodic and random site
inspections, vessel inspections and audits.
