On 27 March 2013 SXG announced the completion of its acquisition of the Sandstone Gold Project. The
acquisition more than doubled SXG’s gold resource inventory and provided SXG with the plant, camp and
infrastructure required to fast track its transition to gold production. The share price of SXG increased 3%
following this announcement.
