the Company out of profits or reserves (as the case may be) in the same manner as was
applied in relation to other SXG Shares allotted upon exercise of the SXG Options.
16. Subject to paragraph 17, the SXG Optionholder is entitled to sell, assign or transfer all or
any part of the SXG Options (and if in part, in minimum transfer amounts of 500,000 SXG
Options) to any person or persons provided that the transferee of the SXG Options is a
person to whom an offer of SXG Options may be made without a disclosure document in
accordance with Chapter 6D of the Corporations Act.
17. An SXG Optionholder will have the right to attend, but (subject to the Corporations Act) not
to vote at, general meetings of SXG Shareholders.
