David Sproule (Non-
Executive Director)
David Sproule founded Polymetals and has over twenty five years of experience in
the mining industry encompassing project generation and assessment,
development, operational management and corporate experience.
In 1986, during his final year at the Western Australian School of Mines, David
registered Meerschaum Gold which subsequently became Polymetals. Whilst
overseas as a recipient of an inaugural bursary offered to two Australian graduates
by the West German company Metallgesellschaft AG, David consolidated his view
that there was enormous opportunity within the Australian resources industry for a
young entrepreneur. Returning to Australia, David spent his early years contracting
his services on process plant construction moving to minority equity/ joint venture
interests and management of various gold projects within the Eastern Goldfields of
Western Australia.
Following several years contracting in Tanzania, David raised $600,000 from family
and friends to purchase the Mt Boppy plant and tenements, the platform used to
develop Polymetals’ first wholly-owned operation re-treating a silver/gold tailing
transported to the site. A Metallurgical Engineer, David was Managing Director
until December 2007 when he was appointed Chairman. David is the principal
shareholder of Polymetals Mining Limited.
Frank Terranova
(Non-Executive
Director)
Frank Terranova joined Polymetals as Chief Executive Officer in September 2012
and was appointed to the Polymetals Board as Managing Director in February
2013. He is a senior executive with experience across the international resources
sector.
Frank’s most recent position was as Managing Director and CEO with Allied Gold
Mining PLC, where he presided over its successful +$500m M&A transaction with
St Barbara Mines (ASX:SBM). Frank had a major role in the strategic and
operational development of Allied Gold over the past four years.
Frank is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in corporate finance
and financial risk management and has held senior positions for various ASX listed
corporations, predominately within the mining, agriculture and manufacturing
sectors.

Glenn Jardine (Chief
Executive Officer)
Biography
Glenn Jardine is a mining engineer with a Bachelor of Engineering (Mining) from
the University of Queensland. Glenn’s senior management experience
commenced as Project Manager and General Manager of the Henty gold mine in
Tasmania for Goldfields Ltd. He joined LionOre Australia from Goldfields in 1998.
While with LionOre Australia his responsibilities included Project Manager of the
Emily Ann and Maggie Hays nickel mines, General Manager – New Business,
Chief Operating Officer and then Managing Director of LionOre Australia in 2006.
During this period LionOre’s production in Australia grew from a zero base to
having 3 nickel production centres (Lake Johnston, Black Swan, Waterloo) and
one gold mine (Thunderbox). Prior to joining SXG, he worked with Apex Minerals
until mid-2009 as a consultant and then Operations Director to successfully recommission
the Wiluna gold mine and plant.
Since joining SXG in 2010, SXG has conducted exploration and corporate
transactions increasing SXG’s resource base from 0.3 to 1.3 million ounces and
has also completed a positive feasibility study into SXG’s greenfields gold projects
at Marda.
