Update on Merger with Polymetals - Notice of Meeting

At 31 March 2013, PLY have recorded revenue of $7.68 million which is approximately $4.5 million down
on 2012 revenue on an annualised basis as a result of the scaling back of mining operations at White Dam
following the cessation of operations in May 2012.
Production expenditure is 28% lower on an annualised basis and this is in line with expectations given the
reduced mining activity at White Dam. The 9% reduction (annualised basis) in salaries and employee
benefits at March 2013 is attributable to PLY electing to outsource some of its administration functions.
