Seed Potato Certification for Interstate Movement<br />

Category 3 land is sampled because of the close association with and<br />

possible contamination by erosion, equipment, water, wind, etc.<br />

Seed Potato Certification for Interstate Movement<br />

Certification is not required for seed potatoes. Survey/soil sampling of<br />

all seed potato land is done only to confirm that the soil is free of<br />

golden nematode in New York. Work with the State of New York for all<br />

growers that have seed potatoes.<br />
