Record of Infestation Folder<br />
When a property is found to be infested with golden nematode, the<br />
Laboratory Leader will prepare two folders: an original record of<br />
infestation folder and a duplicate record of infestation folder.<br />
Fasten the following information inside both the original Work Unit<br />
folder and the field office folder:<br />

Other important information<br />
Maintain both the original and the duplicate field office folder as the<br />
historic record of the property and safeguard as such.<br />
Maintain the original record of infestation folder in the file at the Work<br />
Unit Office.<br />
The Plant Health Safeguarding Specialist (PHSS) in charge of the<br />
regulated area will maintain the duplicate record of infestation folder<br />
in the field office.<br />
