Some applications have difficulty parsing PDF Form XObjects within pages as well as<br />

marked content blocks. Additionally, some applications are known to misinterpret<br />

marked content blocks between different versions of the application. The default<br />

action of <strong>DLI</strong> is to create a Form XObject for each imported PDF graphic, so that it<br />

may be referenced repeatedly without inflating the size of the resulting output file.<br />

This call will flag an imported PDF graphic file to have any marked content tags<br />

removed, <strong>and</strong> to be set into the current page's content stream instead of as a form<br />

reference.<br />

NOTE: This call may increase the size of PDF files where a graphical object is<br />

referenced repeatedly, as the PDF graphic is appended to the content stream at the<br />

point of insertion.<br />

LoadGraphicList<br />

This method is available on OS/390 only. It reads a cross-reference file which maps<br />

graphics keys to their physical location. The cross-reference table is accessed by the<br />

GetGraphicFromList method <strong>and</strong>, once read, is stored in memory for the duration<br />

of the job. The cross-reference file must be created without line numbers. The OS/390<br />

distribution includes a sample cross-reference in<br />
