Appends a straight line segment from the current<br />

coordinates specified, terminating when it intersects<br />

an arc connecting this line to a second line<br />

drawn between the first <strong>and</strong> second pairs of<br />

(X,Y) coordinates. The arc is circular, drawn at<br />

the specified radius.<br />
