This method adds a new outline entry to the document:
• The first parameter specifies the document in which it is to reside.
• The second, if not NULL, is the handle of a parent structure.
• The third, if not NULL, is the desired younger sibling (if NULL, it will be added as
the last child of that parent).
• The fourth parameter is required and is the text that will be displayed for this
outline entry.
• The fifth is a flag. If TRUE, the entry will be displayed initially as open (its children
will be displayed). If FALSE, it will be displayed initially as closed.
The following parameters describe a location which is to be displayed if this entry is
selected.
• First is a page number (the first page is zero)
• Second is a FitType, a text string, as defined in the PDF Specification, section
6.8.1.
• Third is an ASFixed Rectangle, describing a location of the page to be
displayed
• Last is a zoom factor, indicating how much the size of the display should increase or
decrease. (PDViewDestNull indicates “Do not change.”)
These last 4 parameters are identical to the destination specifications for links, in the
previous section.
